What can you demand?

When exercising your rights arising from defective performance, you cannot immediately demand withdrawal from the contract without further ado. Initially, if the defect cannot be remedied without undue delay, you can demand delivery of a new item. However, this demand must not be disproportionate to the nature of the defect. If the defect concerns only a part of the item, the buyer is only entitled to replacement of that part. Only when this is not possible, e.g. because the product is no longer manufactured, can you demand withdrawal from the contract. If the defect can be remedied without undue delay, you are entitled to have the defect remedied free of charge. Only if the same removable defect occurs repeatedly, i.e. at least three times, or if there are several defects in the item at the same time, can you choose between delivery of a new item, replacement of the defective part or withdrawal from the contract. If you do not exercise any of these options, you are entitled to a reasonable discount on the purchase price.

The fastest way to resolve a complaint is to complain about the goods directly at an authorised service centre. You will find a list of these in the instructions accompanying the goods or in the warranty card, if one is issued for the goods.

If there is no authorised service centre for the goods or you wish to make a complaint directly to us, you can do so in two ways. We recommend that you enclose proof of purchase and a completed complaint form with the goods. Your complaint will be accepted and processed more quickly.

You can submit your complaint in person at our shop in Česká Třebová, Kubelkova 1789 (after making an appointment by telephone on 777 96 96 03), or send it to Česká Třebová.

What to do if...

  • the goods you receive are damaged

When accepting goods from the carrier, please carefully check the delivered goods and the shipment.
If the goods are damaged, even though the packaging is intact, please inform us immediately by calling 777 96 96 03.

  • the goods arrived incomplete or do not correspond to the type ordered

How to proceed with a complaint

Contact us and describe the problem you are having with the goods. We will provide you with complete and professional information, let you know whether it is indeed a defect and whether it can be remedied on your own or whether it is necessary to initiate a complaint procedure.

There are no fees associated with processing a valid complaint.

If you are sending the goods back to the store, always enclose the following documents:

  • invoice/tax document (copy)

  • warranty card (if issued for the goods)

  • completed complaint form, downloadable HERE.

Complaint processing deadline

Complaints must be processed within the statutory period of 30 calendar days. This period begins on the day following the delivery of the goods to the establishment and ends with the processing of the complaint at the establishment.

No consumer rights can be exercised in relation to gifts that are provided completely free of charge. Such goods meet the conditions of the Gift Agreement and all standards under the applicable legislation of the Czech Republic.
